This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (local storage) we use on kontapr.com, what they do, and how to control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We also use browser local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) to remember preferences. We group these technologies into: strictly necessary and analytics (optional).
Session and authentication (Supabase): keep you signed in.
Portal client selection and panel preference: remember the context you work in.
Security: the admin support cookie (encrypted) and anti-forgery (CSRF) state when connecting your Google or Microsoft calendar.
Functionality: remembering that you saw the cookie and app-install notices, and preventing reload loops on load errors.
These are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off from the notice.
Google Analytics (GA4): measures website usage in aggregate; sets first-party cookies (e.g. _ga). Not used inside the native app.
PostHog: product analytics to understand which features are used and improve KontaPR. Session replay is disabled.
These tools only load if you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie notice. If you choose "Essential only", they are not loaded and set no cookies.
We do not use advertising or cross-site advertising-tracking cookies, screen recording (session replay), heatmaps, or fingerprinting.
We use Vercel Speed Insights (aggregate performance metrics, no identifying cookies) and Sentry for error monitoring, which scrubs personal data before sending and does not record the screen.
You can accept or reject analytics in the cookie notice. To change your choice later, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some features may stop working.
