Delete your account

You can delete your KontaPR account and all your data at any time, directly from the app. This action is permanent and irreversible.

How to delete your account

1Sign in at kontapr.com or in the KontaPR app.
2Open your Profile (person icon, top right, or in the app's bottom bar).
3Scroll down to the "Delete account" section.
4Type DELETE and confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately.

What gets deleted

The following is permanently and irreversibly removed:

Your profile and login credentials.
Your clients, invoices, expenses, bookkeeping and financial statements.
Your documents, payroll, tasks and messages.

Can't access your account?

Email us from your registered address at info@kontapr.com with the subject "Delete account" and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.

We may retain certain records (for example, billing or tax records) for the period required by law; they are deleted afterward.
